Each category is comprised of multiple articles that are only two pages in length and are presented in a very simple step-by-step process. Chapters included are Keyword Generation, Creating Pages, Basic and Advance Web Site Structure, Creating Content, Creating Communities, Building Links, Using Google Analytics, Social Media Optimization, Creating Pay-Per-Click Campaigns, Monetizing Traffic and Installing SEO Plug-Ins.
As you can see from the breadth of subjects, Search Engine Optimization covers a lot of ground. This is not a book that looks at the big picture. If you’re searching for something that will help you pick keywords or figure out how to position your site, then this book may be too advanced. If, however, you are a more advanced designer or promoter and you want a large number of technical tidbits then this book is for you.
I was impressed with the style and layout of this book. It’s very easy to get into, find what you need and apply it immediately. I have nearly a decade of experience designing and promoting websites and this book had plenty to keep me occupied.
